BF3 Press Conference @ Gamescom

1st part is the new Co-op gameplay, 2nd is the old multiplayer gameplay.

Dice looks like they know the direction they are taking, and are confident in it. The game will be realistic and destructible, just like Bad Company 2; but while upping the ante. Co-op is separate from campaign, but it does overlap with settings and characters. You can revive your downed teammates, it is also beneficial to work together - you need to communicate. The gameplay shows you how the same mission can vary greatly, at one point you're stealthily taking down opponents, the next you are alongside a convoy that is getting rushed by the full force of the militants.

Co-op seems to be a formidable game mode, just another great thing Dice is offering in BF3. The worst part, that it comes out on 10/25/11. I can't wait.

MW3 looks like its gonna be the better game in my opinion. BF3 still looks good tho.

I love how you're basing that off NOTHING. You see a 5 second multiplayer clip and a couple of longer clips of spec ops and all of a sudden MW3 is unbeatable.

This is also the reason why MW3 will sell more than BF3.

Wow. No need to get so defensive there buddy.

I clearly said that "it looks like" MW3 is gonna be the better game. And yes, I am basing it off of the trailers I have seen.

It could be the total opposite when the games comes out. No need to get your panties in a tangle sheesh.

How can you say something "looks" better when you haven't seen any multiplayer gameplay (**** SP/co-op no one gives a shit about that).

Okayy. I love how you have an opinion for EVERYBODY. Just because YOU dont care about Co-op & single player, dosent mean everybody dosent. I surely do.

As a gamer that prefers single-player, single-player competitive, or co-op (including co-op competitive) over online competitive (I have tons of reasons why), it's nice to see that one of my favorite franchises is still acknowledging those who enjoy peaceful gaming, even in an era of mostly online competitive gaming.

DICE has never disappointed me with a release. I am happy to say that Medal of Honor (the most recent one) was one of the best games I have ever played. Call of Duty is great, but the "wash-rinse-repeat" concept/ yearly releases greatly affects final product quality and often adds up to sub-optimal if not poor execution. I hope I'm proven wrong, but either way, even if MW3 isn't, Battlefield 3 is definitely on my list.

Sorry, forgot people buy CoD for the intricate story line.
