I tryed to have my server up at my house on the computer im on now and use my labtop that we get from school to play it on when im bored and let my friends join my multiplayer server but its says Failed to connect:connect. Is there anything i can do to fix that? And if and when i get that fixed i need some help with plugins and mods.

Your IP address changes when you switch locations. So you would need to find the new IP of your laptop and use the server hosted on it.

Try using cmd or You must login or register to view this content. Winky Winky I hope that helped you buddy
