It will not let me, or the players place or remove blocks.
I want to know how to change this. I know its like that to stop griefing but it is really annoying.
Is there anyway I can change it?

Add the plugin permissions to it, unless its just you and people you trust put them on the OP list. and in the permissions list put your group as build=true
