Well, i believe in the cracked version you can get singleplayer for free. But if you want to play on a multiplayer server, you gotta pay for the game, which is what ive got, its awesome!!!

get a cracked version on piratebay and play single player or you can find a cracked server also newest version is 1.7.3

but yes there are cracked clients that allow you to play in Single player and hacked servers for free.

I have a cracked version PM me if you still need it. But yeah you have to pay to be premium. Nothing is free.
