This is Tommy Rydling from DICE, and I’ve got two exciting pieces of news to share with PlayStation.Blog readers. First, we are very happy to announce the dates for the eagerly awaited Battlefield 3 Open Beta on PSN. The Beta is open to all and will run from September 29th to October 10th. You can join it by simply going to the going the PlayStation Store and navigating to the “View All By Title” section, then selecting Battlefield 3 – within there you’ll see the download for the Battlefield 3 demo!

Inb4 people start bitching that COD Still will get maps first, and those with COD Elite subscriptions *(I highly suggest buying Hardened Edition of MW3)*.

That's fine. Then glitches will be found, and patched before they hit Xbox so we don't have to deal with that bull shit and we'll have a better experience with the maps. We'll also know the ins and outs thanks to Youtube, so we all won't suck on them right off the gate.

I honestly don't care. Activision and EA can both * off for putting money ahead of customers, constantly. Don't they make enough money already?

I have played the alpha for PS3, where I had to extract a Vip and clear the roads out lol, The night vision scope is strange lol, Big green DOT but its alrite game movment bit off tbh ( I went to a event in the UK) thats how I played it
