More Resident Evil horror is set to be heading towards the PlayStation Network during next week with Resident Evil: Code Veronica X - release. Claire Redfield, after edging an escape in Raccoon City, is searching for her brother. Captured whilst tip-toeing around an Umbrella like facility and seaching for any leads possible. On the case, Claire is hauled off to a maximum security prison installation on Rockfort Island. While Claire is making her escape, she realizes the island is being overrun by zombies and Bio-Organic Weapons. On her journey in the prison Claire meets a prisoner named, Steve Burnside, who is also looking to escape, but will they be able to work together to make it out in one piece? The island itself is caped in secrets and the family behind the UmbrellaCorporation has a deadly agenda of their own.

Sony mentioned last week that they've got even more Resident Evil deals for the PlayStation lovers and to help celebrate Resident Evil’s 15th birthday PlayStation Plus members, are being offered a 50-percent-off promotion for Resident Evil Code Veronica X HD. That means you can purchase both games for as little as $20! That's not all...to top it off and give customers a little extra something, anyone who purchases Resident Evil Code Veronica X HD will receive five free PSN avatars. "Happy zombie slaying!" says Sony.

The game is set to his stores and be available from the PlayStation Network on the 27th of September, Tuesday.

Will probably give this a miss just like RE4 because of the archaic controls. Really can't bring myself to aim using the left stick again. Lazy Capcom.

It's a classic game, this was out when I was a teenager and it was very popular.

Dunno if it's just me but it would be awesome if Capcom did the whole original Resi Trilogy redone for the ps3 and the xbox. surprised they have not done that , The game cube version of Resident Evil was like WHOA! awesome graphics and having the cheat disc helped lol.
Loved the movies , Apocolypse being the one I thought represented the 3rd game awesomely , fist one ? ok , they had to get a story but obvious the writers were not die hard Resi fans

Think I'd have to agree with you on that lol although I purchased RE4 and am rly loving it, just don't remember the game being as tough on the PS2 as it is now but oh well still good times.
