how likely would someone get banned for doing this?

I have heard ppl getting the GAMES ON DEMAND (GoD) this way were being banned (mainly for blackops & mw2) , however I cant imagine a beta being traced considering the beta would be taken down in a week or so.

I myself have Never been banned and I used that method for a long time and got countless DLC and GoD games before the bans kicked in.
seems to me that microsoft have chilled out a bit since then so it should be safe again for the time being:p

bump.. just because im sure people dont know that u can do this.. as i didnt lol also watch the video in the comments and the wupload download works or if u have a member to other fileshare sites then just search the filename.. get on it today guys.. dont wait for tomorrow
