Post: DLC added to UK store but when I went to buy, it took the money and didn't download

Except that there was no page that came up with the button to start the download. Playstation Store took my money without a hitch, so I had basically paid over £9 for nothing, FAIL. I've just sent Sony an e-mail about it but has anyone else from the UK or any European territories suffered the same issue?

I had the same thing happen to me, as soon as it took the money the link in the playstation store started saying "This content cannot be accessed on your account"
I have only ever had one ps3 and one account, it is all based in the uk and uk purchased. I have emailed them aswell so will see what they say.

Phoned the support line in the end, you download it from within gran turismo, new button on far right for downloadable content!

All sorted now. I rang Sony up and my problem got resolved, they told me the same about downloading it from within the game, they said the duplicate transaction shouldn't be charged but if it does it will be refunded to me within 30 days.
It's all daft though but I'm thinking the confusion is all to do with the DLC being locked to the PSN ID that made the purchase, which as far as I'm aware is different to other DLC's which are usable by all accounts on a PS3 system as long as the PSN that paid for the DLC is activated on it.
