Try to kill enemies on the ground they are easy xp.

take out tanks on the ground. easy, slow targets and you get 100 for disabling, 100 for the kill (might get 200 if 2 people are in it) and 50 for destroying. They aren't hard to hit at all either. just start high and dive at them while shooting your minigun. it's really easy if a teammate spots it for you. but you'll get points for just shooting stuff and not killing it if you can get them.

Helicopters are easy targets as well.

Helicopters and tanks are probably the easiest targets, but I've only found it difficult to shoot down another jet if the pilot is also good. Most people can only do simple maneuvers and are easy targets

The other thing I hate is people with stingers. Even with an afterburner the F/A 18 isn't fast enough to evade a stinger? I find that hard to believe. I need to work on getting flares.

Let's be reasonable, the jets are hard to get the hang of. It's hard with the controller, I'm used to a joystick.
