So ive been wanting to know when you unlock the SV98 Cause its really bugging me :L

Is it the first recon unlock when you unlock that TUG Gadget thing?

You unlock the T-UGS, then 8000 xp later you get the SV98. It should be the second unlock in the kit progression.
