Introduction

Battle Craft is a survival server dedicated to having a close community, but at the same time, welcome those new to the server. The Admins and those trusted in the server are more than willing to always help you out and help you up on your feet so you can one day make a BIG mansion or possibly even start a city or village in the server. We hate grief, so we take action on any grief, serious or not. Staff should be on most of the day, and if not, then some of the day to help you, from asking how to build a "pickaxe" to the dimensions of a chunk.

What kind of server is this?

Quick Overview
We are a survival/PVP server. There are many plugins to help enhance the fun of the server, and at the same time, try not to make it too plugin based, which would take much of the RAM and lead to a laggy server. We will constantly update the server slots if we feel that the server is constantly full to ensure that everybody can log in, and just have fun at the same time.

Survival

At the survival part of the server, the staff cannot spawn you items, but we can legitly help you out. For example, we will mine trees and cobblestone to help you flatten land, or maybe build a house.

PVP

As for the PVP part, we ensure that neither side of the party is angry. You must give a fair 5 - 10 second warning that you are to kill a person. This ensures that the person knows you are after him/her and can choose to pull out a sword, or avoid you.

Please note, we will constantly update the server for more slots or more RAM if it seems that 80% of our slots (16 people) are constantly full to ensure that everybody wanting to join, can easily join.

Rules

• No griefing or stealing from other's chests.
  
• Don't ask for an upgrade to a higher rank.
  
• Do not spawn kill.
  
• Don't kill those who are building, mining, or exploring.
  
• Don't randomly kill people to annoy them for no reason.
  
• Respect all mods and admins of the server.
  
• Don't mine in other's mines unless your allowed.
  
• Don't build random 1x1 towers.
  
• Don't build dirt homes.
  
• Do not use any plugin exploits for an advantage.
  
• Don't use redstone clocks or cactus farms unless specified.
  
• Don't use lava, fire, or TNT. Ask mods to place fire for you.
  
• Don't be racist or offensive to anybody.
  
• Don't use hacks like fly or X-Ray.
  
• Don't randomly troll, or spam chat.
  
• Complaining of lag counts as spamming the chat.
  
• By playing on the server, you agree to all rules above.

Ranks

Criminal
The Criminals are those who are in jail or the maze for breaking rules. They have two choices, to spend time in jail, or experience the twists and turns of the maze. The end of the maze could lead to less time in jail or freedom depending on the offense done by the Criminal.

New

This is the default group. You will be new for a certain time, until the staff decides when you are to be trusted, or become a builder. You will not be new forever. Most of the time, if you simply ask for Builder, we will upgrade you to be a Builder. I know this violates the rule "Don't ask for an upgrade to a higher rank, but we make an exception in this case.

Builder

This is the builder group. This is when you are not quite yet trusted, but have spent some time on the server, or asked for this rank. You have more permissions than the New group, but not as much permissions as the Trusted group. Unless you donated, you will be a builder if you choose to spend time at the server.

Trusted

This is the Trusted group. The trusted group is the Admin's and Moderator's helpers. The helpers will ensure that you LOVE the time spent in the server, and will answer all of the questions to the best of their ability. They cannot spawn items, so if they help you with anything material wise, please show them a sign of appreciation because they are helping you with the hard earned items they received.

VIP

This is the VIP group. There are many different ranks of the VIP group. There is Donator Title, VIP Title, and Custom Titles which also feature Custom Colors. They have different ranks depending on how much they have donated.

Moderator

These are the mods. They cannot upgrade people but they have the ability to make warps, spawn items, and use World Edit. They are to be respected.

SemiAdmin

These are the Semi Admins. They are those who can upgrade others to the Builder rank, but that is it. They also have permission to derank those who are Trusted, if we feel they have been rude or have not been helping those who are new.

Admin

The admins have ALL of the commands. There is no limit to what they can do, and how they choose to do it.

Owner

The owners are those who configure the plugins of the server and pay for the server monthly.
