Dear EA,

I write you in English because there's no Employee anwsering my question in the Spanish Language or German. So I want to hear a serious anwser and this is the reason I take my time writing you in English.

I'm living in Switzerland and people spread the words saying that about 10 DLC Dog-Tags can be found on ActofValor.com/bf3/ and in bottles of Dr.Pepper. I'm a Battlefield 3 Gamer and Battlelog member, there I see the missing Dog-Tags in the Game. Now I really don't want to hear: "We can't do anything" or "I don't know how is the Interface of Battlefield 3" You are Employees who anwsers questions to user which really need help. So Please take your time and Anwser me then.

OK... let's go back to my case... You're ruining a part from my Life, I spend many time watching the Trailer from Act of Valor to Unlock those 5 Dog-Tags. 5 You know how much they are? Really much missing Dog-Tag slots in the Game. I got a Code. It doesn't work for Europe. Why? Why are you handling us in Europe like ******s? EA is an international know Company and the Developers DICE from Sweden. This is near Central Europe! So. The Act of Valor thing is only the beginning... What about the Dr.Pepper DLC’s? I'm from Switzerland and we don't have any bottles with codes. So I bough 4 codes on Ebay. I inserted only 1 code in the webpage and it worked! I got my Download Code to introduce on PSN: (DLC Code) but it doesn't work for EU again. So now I spend money for codes which I even have access to enjoy them.
Might you're saying that I need to create an American PSN Account to Download them. My anwser is no. Because I play with my primary account and I buy things from this Actual account.

Please do something to give us from Europe a change getting those 10 blank Dog-Tags from our favorite Game. (OMG! 10 this are really much! Count this: I I I I I I I I I I – You see how many (I) there are? 10 !!!

Thank you for your support and hope getting an anwser. It’s really annoying.

Useless anwser for me because I can't speak english. So anyways it was a try worth. But I think Europe wouldn't have any Promo Chance.

This doesn't work I changed both my ea account and my battlelog to a US account and although you do get the codes now when you try and enter them in game or via the redeem code on the playstation store it doesn't work it says that the codes either expired or is unavailable please contact issuer

so how others on ps3 are getting them in the uk god knows

i have a seperate account for my ps3 and my xbox and both state USA. on the PS3 i cant get it to work on xbox no problem as it simply gives you the tags there and then but on ps3 it fails as it gives you a code to input in the ps store and they dont work ive tried many times and it has failed everytime

although my origin and ea account are both set to USA my PS account is still a uk one and i dont think this is possible to change and the UK store doesnt recognise the code
