What you will need:
USB Stick
2 accounts
The money needed to buy the car

Step 1:
Go to your Save Data Utility on your XMB menu and Copy your current Gran Turismo 5 data to your USB/flash drive.
Step 2:
Start up Gran Turismo 5 and for it to load up, buy your car (has to be under Cr. 1,000,000).
Step 3:
Find your car in your garage and send it to your second account.
Step 4:
Quit game and go back to your Save Data Utility. Delete the Gran Turismo 5 data on the PS3 and Copy the one on your USB/flash drive.
Step 5:
Go on to your second account and go load up Gran Turismo 5. Go in 'GT Mode' and go to Community > Gifts. Recieve your car, then send it back to your main account. When your go on your main account, you should have the car that you bought + the money you had in the first place.
