Here is the reveal trailer for "The Last of Us" that was shown at VGA 2011 minutes ago, the trailer reveals that Naughty Dog are the people behind this game, which is looking like a good one. Cool Man (aka Tustin)

Yes it is, Naughty Dog makes PS3 exclusives, such as the Uncharted series.
