(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hello, I have a bit of a problem here.
I've captured the Dragon in dragons reach (Odahviing).
I talked to him and now I want to free him.
But Odahviing killed the guard I needed to talk to.
Now I can't set him free. I tried:
Waiting for 48 hours, try doing some sidequests and sleeping.
But the guard stays dead. Anyone knows what to do?

Never had this problem, but go up to one of the balconies on the sides and use the lever. If that doesn't work then I guess you'd just have to load back to an earlier save.

Unfortunately Gaspkay:. Skyrim has the option to load to your past 3 autosaves, so see if one of them is coming out the back of Dragonsreach before you fight the dragon. If you don't have one, then you screwed yourself over by waiting and such. You should be able to use the lever though, try that first.
