ohh and yea i think they did ban/reset people. depends how they boosted. some people are dumb enough to record themselves boosting and then upload it to sites just to brag about their rank.. thats normally how some get banned.

Nooo, boostings for fags, i just heard from someone they were banning then i heard a few days after that it was just a scare story to trick people into not doing it so i came here to see of anyones actually been banned

I think someone mentioned it above, but usually they'll ban people that put techniques of boosting on YouTube, and other video sites.
They mainly do it to make an example of them. I doubt they have any intention of hunting for boosters on the game itself. Especially on the consoles.
