1.Log onto ea website You must login or register to view this content.
2.Click live chat when speaking to someone say something like "My uncle just bought me battlefield 3 and now my online passcode isnt working if they ask for the code give them a code like this for example FRT43-TYGD3-6YTGH-8ID13-34XC1
3.They will say the code isnt valid say thats why im here they may ask questions like DOB , Email where you bought it
4. then they may say contact the retailer say i did and they said because there was no fault with the game i cant return it
5. they may say its not our problem or we cannot supply you a code say cant you make a 1 time exception for me ? i dont want to spend 800msp on something i should have
6. then if your lucky they should say let me check if thats possible and give you a code
