(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I need someone's opinion on what I should do because I reallllllllllly want Skyrim for Christmas but all I have is a ps3, conveniently (sarcasm) Skyrim is having troubles on Ps3 does anyone think these problems with lag, backwards flying dragons etc. will be patched anytime soon. Because I don't want a broken ass game. This is my first RPG and I would like it to be a pleasant experience. Any opinions/facts about the patches and any other general info that I should know about Ps3 version of Skyrim would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

From what I've heard skyrim is a pretty good game. Not much I can tell you about it as I don't own it. Just do a little research on it. Watch videos, read reviews, etc. If you think it looks good, buy it. :y:

I've heard about the bugs also but I'm still going to get it for Christmas, on the PS3 of course.

Well the bugs don't happen for maybe the first 50-70 hours! It lags and all the dragons flying backwards is because (Im guessing) that when you play the game the save file keeps expanding rapidly and the bigger it becomes more lag your going to have. (Just a guess) It's a really good game other than that. The lag being fixed I am not to sure because it's happened in the past with Fallout 3 and New Vegas! and Fallout 3 is over 4 years old!

But don't let that keep you from buying it. How I stopped the lag was when it got out of control I would just quit the game back on to the XMB and then reload again and it would be fine.

It's an amazing game! Definitely worth a buy!

It is my favourite game by far, to avoid lag etc then just turn off autosaves.

Its supposed to be fixed. And those problems arent as bad as they are made out to be a lot of the time. Just frustrating when they do. But its still plenty fun.

i think it only varies ps3 to ps3 bc it works great on me and my friends ps3. Then my other friend it lags alot so i think it varies

Dude it's not that bad of lagging. Everyonce in a while that will happen. Whenever it does happen just load a previous save. The game itself is amazing! Trust me...Don't let the few bugs there are discourage you from getting it!
