Requirements
Shadowmere from The Dark Brotherhood
Any destruction spell. (The higher the level, the higher the EXP) Example Incinerate > Firebolt
1. Attack Shadowmere with the spell, don't kill him. Do it until you're out of Magicka.
2. Wait an hour.
3. Repeat.
You can also do this for other skills, just make sure Shadowmere doesn't die, and you use a weak weapon.

You could also use healing hands for restoration, one handed weapons, or two handed
