(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I'm fast traveling for quests, and I see 3 "Hired thugs" following me where ever I go. They don't attack me, and if I try to talk to them, they say nothing. Did I get this from a quest or should I just kill them?
