For what purpose? If you want to do the glitch, it's gamebreaking and destroys all the fun. However, most of these ingredients can be found naturally while wandering around Skyrim. For the ones you can't find, a general store or an Alchemy store in one of the major cities should have what you are looking for.

Glowing mushrooms will be in a lot of caves, I found TONS of them in the cave under Honningbrew Meadery. And for sabre cat teeth, you just need to find one roaming around Skyrim and kill it. And snowberries can be found in any snowy area. I found a lot of them along the road between Helgen and Ivarstead.

Check the solitude Angeline's Aromatics it has a ton of alchemy ingredients or the the White Phial in windhelm.


~And Spartan_89 is right if you stack stats over and over again to insane numbers the game will crash. (Consoles, idk about the PC)
