Yeah, I read somewhere that you're relation status goes to single when you use this command: Setstage RelationshipMarriage 10.

I found this, I can give you my save already sold amulet of mara and the ring.

1. 0:00 – Get rid of your Amulet of Mara if you are still carrying one from before. You can either drop it or sell it to an NPC. 2. 0:05 – Open up your console by pressing "~" and put in these 2 commands: resetquest RelationshipMarriage, setstage RelationshipMarriage 10 (If the console says nothing back, you've entered them correctly.) 3. 0:38 – Murder your current spouse. 4. 1:25 – Head back to the Temple of Mara (in riften) 5. Buy a new amulet of mara and repeat finding a new mate!

pitch i think i found a way to reset it but u will need 2 ps3 one cfw and well ofw im working on a patch right now that should reset it
