If it's not possible on PS3 it won't be possible on 360 as it requires you to use the ingame command console.

this is only able to be done on a ps3 or xbox by using a string edit to fast travel by making a esp mod instead of fast travel to white run you go there and btw it will freeze your ps3 or xbox for doing so even the pc version crashes after going there for a min or two

you can use this on ps3 , you need to make a way to access it without the command console , there is a tool from skyrimnexus that will work for whats needed

yea but that place is modded and not real,

its the game developers zone to test items and make sure its there you could just make a mod to place all of that inside a chest in whiterun actually and it would be easier
