The patch is now live and available to download on Xbox 360, this time the patch size is slightly higher than usual, taking up 5MB of space rather than the usual 4MB. The patch was released along side the first DLC drop for Xbox 360. Here are a few definite items that are included in the patch:

• Extended mags glitch on some shotguns has been ironed out.
  
• Fix for out of memory 7 error.
  
• Enemy Stealth Bomber color blind mode glitch removed.
  
• Possible improvements to lag compensation.
  
• Theatre fixes
  
• Upload to youtube faster
  

This patch will be available very shortly for PS3 and PC.

sweet i every time i have my theatre mode off i seem to get less lag

My overall interest in the Call of Duty series may be waning, but I'm very happy to see this trend. Developers are being more pro-active than ever in terms of addressing the issues gamers are facing, and listening to the feedback of the community. Props to Infinity Ward (and other like-minded developers) who have helped in pushing forward this trend.

I hope this kind of quick response nature continues in developer-community relationships.
