Well you can fix that! You can even do more.

I use a plugin called nChat. It's a little old but it is easier than iChat.

First, open up the nChat config file. Look for "messageformat" You will see this next to it: messageformat: '[+prefix+group+suffix] +name: +message'

+prefix = The prefix of that User/Group
+group = What you titled that group
+suffix = The suffix of that User/Group
+name = Name of your person or nickname on the server.
+message = Your message

You will never want to use +group.

Go into your permissions file and make a prefix. Possibly like: &2[Admin]
Putting the brackets is important. the &2 means [Admin] will be green. Color Codes: You must login or register to view this content.
Now go to suffix in permissions. Set a color. This is going to be the color of your name.

Now, go back to your nChat config file. Copy and replace the message format on there with this one: '+prefix &f+suffix+name&f: +message'

You should now start up your server and test it. Hope it works!
