So it looks like patch 1.03 is now live for the PS3, and fixes the VoIP issues but has it actually worked? Personally, I haven't tried to see if it has been fixed as I don't have anybody on-line to test it with at the moment. Also, it seems the patch ONLY fixes the VoIP, so this is not the much anticipated February patch but we should see it soon.

It is sort of broken, as in not working.

I hope it fixes it , the VoIP in BF3 is soo annoying
