It's hard to find good players who play efficiently using the jets and helicopters because retards either jump out the helicopter when I'm going to land and repair it or else people get in the jet who can't even fly the thing and end up leaving me against the 2 enemy jets (I normally get both other jets anyway, it's just you earn more points quickly when destroying ground vehicles and helicopters and also shooting ground troops compared to just taking out other jets which wastes time.)

But to answer your actual request, I'd be the perfect person, as we live in the same time zone and I meet all your requirements, but you have a crappy 360 and I don't. So ding dong, you ain't got no one. :p
