First things first, I want to give a major shoutout to Lokote (sorry if misspelled)
for finding information on the upcoming BF3 patch first! I'm am not ripping his
thread or trying to take credit, I am simply adding on information.
Check out Lokote's original thread You must login or register to view this content. for most of the information.

Thanks to Lokote, we have had some information on an incoming BF3 patch that will be changing/affecting some weapons.

However, there was also some other information that Senior Gameplay Designer, Alan Kertz, decided to withhold.
Brought up via a Reddit conversation, Kertz addressed that nerf would affect jets effectiveness against helicoptors.
Another concern adressed was a jets ability to simply ram into a helicopter and still survive. Through some witty banter and
not so detailed explanations, Kertz confirmed that this issue would be fixed by a fan's suggestion of both vehicles simply exploding
on impact.

Other addressed issues were the effectiveness of the underbarrel grenade launcher, the M98 being OP, and the
accuracy buff that the SCAR-H will see. More updates are said to come so I'll keep everyone updated.
I suggest reading the entire article to learn the details of each concern. You can find that You must login or register to view this content..

Once again a giant thanks Lokote for finding most of the details and information first regarding weapon buffs and nerfs.

Thanks for reading!

Overpowered M90B?! It's only a 1 shot kill to the head, otherwise it's two shots. And that's only in range. I've gotten hitmarkers on hardcore with it before. /facepalm

That's what's going to be addressed I believe. Players have complained
that it shouldn't be getting hitmarkers considering it has 95 damage.
Kertz stated that the mechanics would be changed for the gun. Which to be honest,
doesn't make sense to me as to how that would reduce hitmarkers.

I'll be happy if it's a 1 shot kill to the head and chest. I don't think they should be nerfing anything except the USAS with frag rounds or whatever. Although buffing up guns is a different story. =D Still though I think they should worry about more important things like game chat not working and whatever other glitches there are, like maybe that MAV glitch.

+9001 to voice chat and not being able to stay on the same team as friends when joining a game.
Practically 9/10 matches me and my friend get kicked to opposite teams. And USAS frag rounds
is just so annoying now. I feel like they have much bigger concerns than weapon nerfs/buffs right now,
but its their game so its their call what they do first.
