Looks like the three companies mentioned in the title are going to
be collaborating on an upcoming 3DS Title.

The teaser site linked below is the only detail we have about the upcoming
game. Yes it is all very vague, but in the top left of the webpage, one can see
a 3DS logo, indicating that the three companies will be working on a new title.
