I'm sure people still do. I still play 1942, 1943, BF2, BFBC1, BFBC2 (although i don't own it), 2142, and BFPlay4Free.

I still have it for my Xbox 360 and I barely play it anymore. BF3 for me is just so much more enjoyable. Sometimes I hop on for the campaign, but I haven't done for months.
