Prior to the annunciation of the release to the red PS3 in the United Kingdom, it had already been out in Japan. This isn't too much of a surprise seeing as that Sony is a Japan-based group. However, the PS3 has not fully been released yet. On Amazon.com, the red PS3 (slim 320 GB) will be released on the 27th April for £250; and on Play.com for £240.
Sony had just recently allowed said companies to put the product on their listings. Unfortunately, however, the console can only be pre-released at the moment.
In addition, Sony had also released a blue PS3 to Japan not too long ago. Could we be seeing that any time soon as well too? Who knows. As soon as I do, though, I will keep everyone updated.
What do you think of the new style for the new PS3 slim? Will you be getting one? Is it worth the money?[/size]
Honestly, there shouldn't be any complaints about this. If the consumer wants to go out and spend money on a brand new ps3 that red, then so be it. As long as the consumer is satisfy then that all it matter. So I don't think it stupid at all. Smart business move Sony. A great way to attract the consumer.
