yes you need a true blue dongle and a custom firmware able ps3, i wish people would be more clearer about what mods they post as it's confusing sometimes.

what do you mean console through analog stick? Like the pc cheat console

in that tutorial video i couldnt see ANYTHING, all the files blended seemlesly into the background txt and all so i couldn't see anything and i couldn't understand his lazy ass one bit, other then what was being entered on the workshop and the hax editor i couldn't get any of that. and he didn't explain what the fuck you DO with the end file for fuck sake this post is worthless it shouldn't even exist its so useless XD.
