Here’s the latest update found on the official Kickstarter page:

Hey Guys,

Thank you so much for the incredible response to the game. We’re shutting down the kickstarter account but this is by no means the end of Police Warfare. News will be coming.

So, is the game cancelled? Not*necessarily as this only means that the team has stopped accepting any funding from the public. The game could very well still be alive and a bigger publisher could have possibly picked it up.
