The game relies on CryEngine 3, and is set to feature an all new artificial intelligence (AI) system, new challenges and an intense sniper based story-mode.

Amongst all other games set to release in 2012, I fear the Sniper: Ghost Warrior will struggle to sell amongst the other first person shooter heavyweights, like the new Call of Duty set to be announced on May 1st. They will release a few months apart, and CoD will be the obvious preference for most gamers.
