The game, set to be released this year, will run on IO Interactive's Glacier 2 game engine, used in other stealth titles such as Splinter Cell: Conviction. It is set to be the fifth game in the Hitman series, the previous one being Hitman: Blood Money. It follows on the story from where it left off in Blood Money, with Agent 47 "betrayed by those he once trusted". If the game is anything like the last few Hitman games, it will definitely not be a game to miss.
