These images seem to be taken in the very early development stages of Black Ops 2, but the exact time in the development cycle is unknown. The project page listed the images simply as 'Call of Duty'. We are getting closer to the official reveal from Activision on 1st May, 2012, and I am getting excited to see what Treyarch have been preparing for us. If the above information is true, I think we will see a spark in the CoD series. If you have heard anyone say 'CoD is dying, it's the same every year', this may just change that. Our news team will never be truly good, because all they/we can do IS copy/paste. The preteens on this site obviously don't get stuff leaked to them because, well, they're kids on a forum, and they do a poor job rewriting actual news. Reading some of our "Reporters"' work is painful.

Seeing the comments on this thread reaffirms my claim that the community is too predictable. Months before release, they hype the game with the same phrases they've been saying annually. "This could be the best in the series". Then when the game releases, the community's attitude of praise turns into a bitching-fest concerning the games issues. In this stage I hear, "[Insert Last COD's Title] Was so much better" and other things of that nature, and they begin to praise the game they previously despised. Spring comes around, the love-hate cycle repeats itself.

Hopefully it'll be as good as Black Ops, altohugh they are starting to become stale.
