However, in a twist, a US court has granted Microsoft a preliminary injunction against Motorola, which will prevent the mobile phone giant from taking action until Microsoft has appealed against the decision. So until Microsoft's appeal has ended, Xbox 360s and Windows 7 can still be sold inside German borders... for now at least.
