(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});If you don't know already, Call of Duty: Black Ops 2' Zombie Mode will be running on a multiplayer engine, instead of a smaller engine created specifically to support zombies alone. Because of this, you will be able to experience the zombie-shooting bloodbath with more people, more land, and a ton more zombies.
In an interview, Treyarch boss told sources that the team was really putting their all into making zombies a great new experience. These are some bold words, but from a bold man who's the head of a developing company that has the skills to pull something off such as this.
“If you like zombies, you’re going to be really happy with what we’re doing with Black Ops 2. It’s our biggest, most ambitious zombies effort ever,”
A source of a trustworthy website states that Lamia has granted the Black Ops 2 zombies team to do whatever they see fit, having no limits, even if it's against the campaign and what it says, it's going to be huge. Last year's Black Ops Rezurrection DLC pack is a nice trophy on the shelf for Treyarch, as it displays why Lamia is doing this.
It seems like Zombies Mode is headed in the right direction, but, it could end up they do too much to it and ruin it, because a lot of people favor the limited space, flow, and zombie population in previous Treyarch titles. Lamia could end up doing one of two things, he could expand zombies and create a bigger hit than the original systems, or he could be the reason Treyarch shoots themselves in the foot.
thank god it's running on the multiplayer engine... the frame rate would drastically when we got into the 40+ rounds of zombies, especially with 4 people -__-
Hopefully we can have more than four people this time. Maybe 6 or 8
If the Zombie maps are huge, I can't help but think about what that will do to Solo mode. However, I do really like the sound of playing Zombies with 5 other friends. Hopefully Zombies on Black Ops 2 will be amazing and something to play when multiplayer gets boring.
