I hope this happens. I HATE xbox. They banned me 6 times and then i got console banned. I hope PS3 becomes the dominating console. PS3 all the way!

Microsoft has already had one incident with the feds I doubt this will be any worse. I see at most MS paying huge sums of cash, maybe a few days where sales are banned, but hardly a pull. The feds don't have the balls to actually lay the hammer down on MS.
