I just started playing BF3 today on the PS3 (already have been playing on the 360) and there was at least 4 times today I've played a 1000 flaga 5ll TDM and after the long game, my XP doesn't register. For example I was playing a conquest at OpMet and I started on level 2 and after 45 minutes or so we end up winning and I've unlocked the red dot for my M16 and I'm on level 5. So I quit the game in the lobby and go to my soldier and it shows me on level 2 with nothing for my m16 unlocked. I had 76 kills that game and nothing counted. It happened to me 4 times today and I'm kinda pissed cause I'm just starting off on my ps3 and wanna rank up. This has never happened on my 360 before. Anuone know what's going on??
Sorry about spellimg. I'm on my phone.

Yes this problem is still unknown to EA/Dice. I have contacted EA support about this, He had no clue about it (Or so he says)
If this helps you: Stats not updating. - Forums - Battlelog / Battlefield 3
DICE announced on their Facebook page that it is a bug caused by the FAMAS Assault Rifle and that if anyone uses it in the server no XP/Stats will be counted that round. I just wrote an article regarding the issue and it should be published soon. From the Facebook page:

We are aware that some players are experiencing a problem where their in-game stats and experience are not being recognized towards their progression on Battlelog or in-game. While we are working to resolve this issue we have also identified what can cause this problem to occur.
This issue only affects games in which a player uses the FAMAS weapon. In any game where the FAMAS is used there is a chance that player stats and experience will not be recognized after the game. We are temporarily recommending that players avoid using the FAMAS and spread the word to fellow players to avoid the problems this error can cause.
This advisory and problem are temporary and we expect to have them soon. Thank you for your patience.
Another Facebook announcement from DICE states that more information on an upcoming patch is coming soon. Stay tuned
