Activision are shitting it cause the US is the major that buys the limited edition xbox'es. And with the Black Ops xbox.. Actvision lose money = Activsion mad.

I have noticed.. That microsoft hasnt complained much.

Exactly, and Microsoft knows that they infringed patents so they are keeping quiet and they make so much money from other shit that they don't even care.

Activison are scared lol. Their one and only game COD is saving them and the US is the only major country that favours 360 and COD. Acti would take a huge hit. M$ are keeping quiet because they'll just pay Motorola a huge amount of money. No big deal.

I hvent changed it.I used to be a cod fanboy since cod4 but now that they keep rehashing the game every year with nothing to offer i quit playing cod.

Me too, all I play now is Battlefield, and I will probably get BO2 if they have 8 player zombies like they say.
