I am setting up a clan called FLG

I have been in many Clan's before and know myself how to maintain and run one.

WHAT HAPPEN'S IN FLG ?

Clan Practice match's
[ Where recruit's or member's will be able to grow and attain new skill's ]

The MLG Team
[ Where the most talented Member's in the clan will compete against other clan's ]

Clan Ranking system
[ Member's in the clan will have the opportunity to become......................


1. A recruiter , a person who has the eye to spot talent and recruit and TRIAL them.

2. A Squad Leader , a person who will Lead clan member's under the CO' Leader's these member's are the Glue to the structure of the clan.


3. A CO' Leader , a person who will be essential in maintaining the Clan's organisation, this person or People will have to Trial Member's of FLG to keep the high standard of game play
flowing as well as having Moderation ability's in the Clan under the Leader's.

THERE WILL BE 2 OF EACH AND AT ANYTIME THESE POSITIONS CAN BE CHALLENGED.

What does this mean ?

FLG will have a Ladder system where any member that has been in the clan more than two weeks can challenge any member's in the position's of RANK if they beat them or show they are better in that certain position.

Although Myself or another CO' Leader will have to be present whilst this happen's.
