I think I am one of the few who loved the previous Medal of Honor. Campaign was too linear agreed, but it had to be so that Tier 1 was doable in 1 life. Multiplayer was great though, the point streak system works wel once you understand it.
From that 7 minutes though, this will likely be my shooter of the year. The beginning, the breach and the artillery strike looked amazing.
I'd have to agree with you on this.
I wouldn't say I'm
too much of a trophy whore (anymore), but I absolutely hate FPS' now, but when I played Medal of Honor because my brother had it laying down, I couldn't stop playing until I got to 100%.
The multiplayer was acceptable, with medium-to-large maps, a lot of camping and sniping, but it was still enjoyable to run 'n' gun.
I also do agree with the campaign, it was a great campaign with an awesome story, and even though it was short, it was still worth my time playing a few times, even on hard (which wasn't too bad).
As for Tier 1, it was different and I liked it. It challenged me and caused me to become frustrated a few times but when you beat the time it felt really good and rewarding, it was also rewarding for the gold trophy when you break all times at the end.
