Today my friend told me who can mod gta on xbox that he had the achievement mod test to see if it works on ps3..

So we discovered that it does work.
Proof.

This is giving a clue on the exploit i am not fully telling how this works just feeding information on....

No offense but it doesn't take a genius to figure this out, open up the natives and ctrl-f "ACHIEVEMENT" and there you go. There are also pages like You must login or register to view this content., 51 thru 65 are the episodes trophies, there is no number for the platinum trophy atleast I didn't find it.

But yeah, you can get any trophy in any order except for the plat. You can do funny stuff as well:
