Mine is GTA San Andreas!
It was my first GTA that I ever played and it is still the best in my opinion!
I have loved all the main GTA games. I have to say though, GTA4 was actually my least favourite because I had really big hopes that it would move away from Liberty City and move on to a new storyline completely rather than just sticking with the same old cliche.
It was close between GTA3 and San Andreas. However, I went with GTA3 for a couple of reasons. Firstly, I only really loved San Andreas because the Gang Wars, the rest of it was average and the bit just after you leave Los Santos and go over to the farm land REALLY got on my nerves! GTA3 though was a game I all around loved. I loved the Radio stations (particularly Rise FM, Chatterbox and Lips 106), I loved the storyline, the map, the cars, everything! GTA3 is a true classic.
I don't remember too much about the first couple of GTAs (or GTA London) but I remember jumping across the broken bridge for hours at a time on one of them and I remember that when you died it went WASTED right across the screen.
I loved Vice City too, but the story was waaaaayyy too short. But buying stuff and doing the Ice Cream missions and Taxi missions was quality.
I have to say GTA IV was the best of the GTA series made so far, great story and environment, it's my favourite but San Andreas has that special thing, big map, memorable missions, a bit of nostalgia, a game that you can spend hours and hours playing & you could never forget such master piece! BJ:
It's a no-brainer for me, GTA:San Andreas hands down.
The cheats in that game were literally the best things in any game ever. Casino's were fun too.
To be honest, I never get round to doing the story, and that goes for any Grand Theft Auto game, so the cheat for never wanted was the best, you could literally roam around anywhere without having to spend ages in the story completing.
