From the first Image the game looks amazing it actually looks almost complete, well the city does anyway.
The second image it looks like the textures have been improved from GTA IV as the water looks more real and well real

Both pics were 'sneaked out' by Rockstar as part of a Q&A on its Newswire. It commented that development on the next GTA is "going well, but the game is a huge project." Rockstar also promised new information and assets would be coming soon.

Recently (couple months ago) there was a huge post on some forum where an 'ex-employee' of Rockstar
leaked a bunch of stuff about GTA V, ofcourse nobody can confirmwether it's real or not,
but I really hope it is because the fuel idea is really good
