Well yeah obviously, but in the sense he means it you can tell he means if he doesn't want someone in his server will they be able to join if he bans them. Sorry if i'm wrong but that is what I meant.

Thanx for ur replies. Was curious becuz i was kicked (not banned) and was able to come right back,wasnt sure if there were a big difference.

Yeah, the majority of the time though if you get kicked too many times ( normally three times ) you will get banned I think, depends on the server/admins/owner.
