You're gonna need either T3CH's scripts or Online Scripts 1.0 (I like these better) and you need a keyboard or chatpad. You can do level 10 with chatpad.
Ok so activated either script and press P, this will open the player menu. Now use m or b to scroll to the player you would like to level up. Now Spam X on their name (I usually go to 5.2 mil). Then wait for the game to end.

No not the only good thing i like catching my friend on fire and listen to hime freak out.

I only did that to friends. Hated people joining the lobby and blowing people up and setting them on fire. That's why I don't mention them

Yes true i only do this in private dont ever play gta4 in public.
