It is going to take you a long ass time to data transfer 14 gigs or whatever to your 3.55. Gta 4 on disc is the way to go if you are looking to mod it.

I dont have to il just install the update on my 3.55 put the mods on and transfer the update over then install the game again on my OFW. Same method for COD4

The update is in the download though.
