I think (a rumor my friend told me) that's it's due to some contract of some sort. XBOX gets stuff earlier due to the contract. :p

Yeah man, fuck Treyarch. Black Ops 1 was actually thee shittest game I have ever played. There is only 1 good thing Treyarch have ever done and that's Der Reise. Other than that it's all a bag of absolutely wank. Fuck them all and we'll just "fix" the game ourselves

Isn't it to do with Sony having a more thorough procedure with checking and releasing PS3 DLC and patches etc? That's what I was told, that microsoft puts through DLC/patches much quicker than Sony do, and that its less expensive to do so with Microsoft.
Not to mention you pay for an online subscription for the Xbox, and the PS3 is free, so maybe Microsoft prioritise things while Sony think "Meh, they get it for free, they can wait"

yeah but the ps3 is more expensive so xbox users have to pay for online but have cheaper consoles and ps3 users have free online but had to pay way more
